This will enable us to reach you for delivery of services or contact you for more enquiries so that we can be able to give you the service and/or attention you may require from us.
This information may include your name, email, phone number, location details, vehicle/machine make, model, engine size, vin number and for applicants we may ask of their reason to work with us, level of qualification and position they would want to work in. More information will be gathered as we broaden our scope of operation so as to enable us tailor the services to your preferences.
Booking and delivery of services.
All services booked through the Crylac dynamic platform involve calls placed between the clients, us and the mechanics. This is to ensure that our clients get the best of services in time. We therefore reserve the right to monitor all calls placed in between booking of any service and delivery of the same. If in any case we believe that a user is violating our agreements either international or state laws not excluding our own policies, we may terminate such usage and/or legal action taken against such perpetrators. It is however paramount that our clients know that all the information collected during booking of services is never used to personally identify anyone but is used only to facilitate delivery of services with accuracy to enhance time saving. Nevertheless, we may disclose and transfer your information to any successor in interest of ours such as a company that acquires our business and also when required by law or when acting on good faith that such action is necessary to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders or legal processes.

Mechanics
Service bookings placed to us are completed by third party mechanics. These mechanics do receive client data for the sole purpose of service delivery. This includes finding the client’s location and time stated. The mechanics are however restricted to use client information solely for service delivery purposes. We also would like to ensure our clients of their safety in the hands of our technicians. Technicians go through rigorous checks before we incorporate them into our technician network. This is to ensure that we are giving you services from the best and most experienced technicians that we can get. Clients can also write reviews stating their likes or dislikes about the services they have received from us and we will endeavor to ensure that all inconsistencies are solved in the shortest time possible.
Client surveys
We conduct online client surveys in form of a rating questionnaire with the aim of getting to understand our clients’ preferences so as to improve user experience. These surveys are optional and are sent to clients via links in text message form only after a client has completed a service with us. These links lead to a page on the Crylac dynamic platform where clients can fill in a short questionnaire. The responses received here are kept anonymous and no third party gets this information. This information is solely used to help us tailor our services to benefit each client in respect to their location, preferences and convenience.

We would like to ensure our clients that all the information received on our platform is highly protected. We will always endeavor to provide the highest levels if data security to clients using our platform. Data sharing is done only on very strict basis with the aim being to improve our clients’ experience in service delivery.
