MAJOR/FULL SERVICE
Done after every 10,000 km it includes change of or top-up of all fluids like engine oil, brake fluid, steering fluid, windshield washer fluid, battery electrolyte, gearbox oil, differential oil, check-up of electrical connections and possible leakages, replacement of oil filter, fuel filter, ac filter, spark plugs, greasing of universal joints, tightening nuts and bolts, wheel inspection, brake system check, suspension system check and road worthiness grading. A mechanic’s inspection report will be generated on the state of your vehicle/machine and will be sent to your email account.
MINOR SERVICE
This is basic service done after every 5000 km. It involves the change of engine oil and the oil filter, inspections of other fluids, inspection for leakages, brakes system and electrical connections. The mechanic will also give recommendations on the current state of the vehicle which will be sent to your email account.
REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Book for repairs right out fast within minutes. Book and fill in your vehicle/machine details and what you feel your car machine has as a fault and submit ( this will involve noises and irregular driving feels that make you feel the vehicle/machine is faulty) Our technicians will point out a solution and come to your location to fix your car/machine upon completion of the booking exercise. If not sure of the car/machine’s fault, you can book for a diagnostic service and have a technician determine the fault for you.
MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
Have your vehicle maintained without you paying any more costs for the span of 6 months or 12 months. We will handle oil changes inspections and replacements of worn out parts automatically. If in case your car/machine is faulty and you are not sure of the fault, book for this service and have a mechanic come to your location and carry out an inspection. PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION
Here, you can order an inspection on the car/machine that you intend to purchase to avoid purchasing a faulty one and ensure you’re getting the best deal possible. This mostly applies to second hand cars/machines. After booking this service, make sure you have access to the car/machine so as to prevent delays when the technician arrives to perform the inspection service
